Stratas & Weathers, L.L.P. is a law firm offering experienced representation throughout North Carolina primarily in Eastern North Carolina from Raleigh to Wilmington.

Practicing in the areas of serious personal injury and wrongful death cases; representation of professionals (such as physicians, medical providers, realtors, attorneys, and other professionals) in liability matters (pre-suit and post-suit) and risk management; criminal law (including traffic offenses) and worker’s compensation cases. Our cases come through the referral of physicians, attorneys and other professionals as well as current and former clients. While we have been involved in several significant cases, all cases are equally important to the firm and receive individual attention.

Other law firms refer and associate our law firm. We also offer advice, case consulting and risk management for lawyers and their firms. Our facilities in Raleigh and Wilmington are used by other firms in and out of North Carolina. We offer these services on a case by case basis when we are not involved in the case.

Attorneys in our firm have coordinated, lectured and attended continuing legal education (CLE) courses. Attorneys have written articles for publications. Attorneys in our firm have been head of or involved with litigation groups. Attorneys of our firm have donated time pro bono to help others and have been recognized for their contributions with one attorney receiving special recognition in this area.

We have represented several attorneys over the years in various areas including matters before the State Bar, domestic matters, personal injury matters, firm dissolutions, criminal matters, risk management and real estate matters.
